Developing a cannabinoid-related adverse event reporting tool

We have now completed steps 1-7. We have developed a patient-facing tool, along with a study team-facing case report form and user guide.
Next steps include validating the tool.
The purpose of this project is to develop a tool for describing medical cannabis adverse events. This tool will include both patient-reported and healthcare professional-reported components.
