A Randomized, Double-Blind Tolerability Trial of Cannabinoids for Symptom Management in Children with Cancer: the CAN-PONC Trial

Children with cancer are more likely to experience fatigue, pain, and other cancer-related symptoms because of cancer therapy. However, a limited number of options are available for treatment of these symptoms. The CAN‑PONC trial is a clinical trial looking at whether a cannabis herbal extract is safe and well-tolerated in children and teens with cancer that has come back or hasn't responded to treatment.
