SHARE YOUR CHILD’S EXPERIENCE WITH MEDICAL CANNABIS

Help us better understand the risks and benefits!

Does your child have an authorization for medical cannabis?

We’re inviting parents/caregivers of children using medical cannabis to join an important Canadian study to learn about the long-term safety and benefits for kids.

Who can participate?

Parents/caregivers of pediatric medical cannabis patients:

  • between the ages of 3 to 17 years old

  • with a medical cannabis authorization from a healthcare provider

  • have access to email to receive questionnaires

What is the study process?

  1. Caregivers and children will watch a video and complete online screening and consent forms

  2. Caregivers will complete an enrollment medical assessment questionnaire

  3. Caregivers will complete online questionnaires sent by email at: 3, 6, 12 and 18 weeks, as well as 6, 12, 18 and 24 months

  4. Caregivers will receive an honorarium for their time
